Crave Magazine Hong Kong
As associate editor of Crave Magazine, Hong Kong's most established gourmet monthly, I curated an editorial calendar that covered the dining scene in the city and beyond. From celebrity chef interviews to local features and restaurant reviews, the magazine profiled notable food trends, city hot spots, and inspiring individuals in the industry. Crave's travel stories highlighted delectable itineraries for luxurious destinations around the world, while I gained invaluable insight from the opportunity to meet and interview renowned creators such as Ferran Adria, Daniel Humm, and Alain Passard.

IC Magazine
Crave Magazine's parent company 21 Concepts oversaw the production of IFC Mall's in-house magazine for the year of 2014. I crafted the written content for both the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter editions, which included lifestyle features as well as interviews with notable personalities such as Charlotte Olympia, Jenna Lyons, and Olivier Audemars.
